Vives Riesling Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT 2022 Bio by Radoar is a white wine from Alto Adige that interprets Riesling with a fruity, elegant, and refreshing edge. Grown organically, it expresses a clean and harmonious profile, with hints of apple, quince, apricot, and citrus, accompanied by a mineral and saline component that defines its personality. On the palate, it is fresh but not thin, with good fullness, lovely tension, and a lingering finish reminiscent of white peach and ripe fruit. The 0.75 L format makes it suitable for raw seafood, fish, shellfish, risotto, vegetables, and appetizers. Serve at 10-12°C. A precise and luminous organic Riesling, designed for those seeking energy, clarity, and drinkability.

Radoar is an organic farmstead in Velturno, in South Tyrol, where wine, spirits, and agricultural products come from family management attentive to nature.
