Belle Schiava Frizzante sui Lieviti 2022 Metodo Familiare BIO by Francesco Poli is a wine designed for those seeking a territorial, easy-to-read, and concrete bottle. Made in Trentino Alto Adige, Italy, from Schiava, it has a profile consistent with the grape variety and the winery's style. In the glass, it offers an onion-skin-colored rosé with a fine perlage. It has a slightly complex aroma with a hint of yeast. On the palate, it is fresh and pleasantly soft, with good persistence and a light aromatic note typical of Schiava. The calcareous marl soil, rich in skeleton, supports structure, freshness, and flavor precision. The manual harvest in crates with selection in the vineyard at the end of September enhances a careful selection of the grapes. In the cellar, it is in stainless steel.
