The Sambonet Home Chef shallow frying pan is the line's vessel for preparations that need to be distributed and monitored on an open surface. The round body and narrow rim leave room for the utensil's movement, while the single handle allows the pan to be oriented while working. Steel and aluminum are the declared materials, with 18/10 stainless steel being used for the models in the range. The 20, 26, and 30 cm versions allow you to move from smaller quantities to larger preparations without changing the type of vessel. This is the collection's stainless steel frying pan, distinct from the explicitly non-stick version. It complements the Home Chef saucepans and pots for operations requiring a wide base and direct access to ingredients.
