The Rosso di Montalcino DOC 2024 Bio from the Podere Fornacella winery is an organic wine made from 100% Sangiovese Grosso grapes, grown according to organic standards. It presents an intense bouquet with notes of violet, blackcurrant, morello cherry, and floral notes, against an elegant and subtle background. On the palate, it is just the right amount of tannins, with just the right amount of roughness to reflect its Tuscan terroir, yet still harmonious and well-structured. Aged in wood for approximately one year and then in bottle for another year, as stated in the technical sheet.
