Bassotto Trentino IGT 2025 di Pravis è un vino bianco a ridotto contenuto alcolico che interpreta in chiave contemporanea il vitigno Veltliner. Le uve provengono da vigneti situati a circa 500 metri di altitudine, dove le forti escursioni termiche favoriscono la formazione di profumi intensi e una naturale freschezza. La vinificazione avviene esclusivamente in acciaio per preservare l'espressione varietale e mantenere il profilo aromatico pulito e fragrante. Al naso offre sentori di agrumi e frutta fresca, mentre il sorso è leggero, minerale e piacevolmente scorrevole, con un finale equilibrato che invita al secondo calice. La gradazione alcolica contiene lo rende perfetto per aperitivi, pranzi informali, piatti di pesce, verdure e cucina mediterranea. Un bianco versatile, moderno e facile da bere senza rinunciare a carattere e identità territoriale.
