15.5 cl - Sylva Extra-Thin Cocktail Coupe Glass In Glass - Set 6 Pcs
Svev Glass's Sylva Extra-Thin is a compact lead-free cocktail glass. Its 10 cm height distinguishes it from more slender coupes and can be a practical guideline when choosing the space to allocate for stemware on the shelf. The thin glass is ideal for serving filtered cocktails, poured into the glass after being chilled during preparation. The 15.5 cl capacity should be adjusted to the final serving size, leaving a margin from the rim for easier transport. This design allows for uniform presentation when serving multiple portions of the same recipe. The set contains six dishwasher-safe stemware glasses; it's best to store them separately and avoid knocking them during cleaning.

Product FAQs
Can I serve an aperitif cocktail in this coupe glass?
Yes, if the recipe calls for it to be served in a coupe glass without ice. You can offer, for example, a mixed and strained aperitif cocktail, finished with a citrus peel.
How do I serve a cold cocktail without ice in a coupe glass?
Chill the cocktail during preparation and strain it into the glass. You can chill the coupe glass beforehand and empty it completely before pouring in the drink.
How do I scent a cocktail with a citrus peel?
Gently squeeze the peel over the drink to release its oils, then use it as a garnish if the recipe calls for it. Avoid adding too much juice so as not to alter the cocktail’s balance.
SVEV Glass was born from the experience and passion of two true cocktail connoisseurs: Yunus Yildiz and Aleksandrs Sadovskis. Designed by bartenders for bartenders, the collection combines quality, sophistication, and practicality, meeting the needs of bars, restaurants, hotels, and hospitality professionals. Each creation reflects over twenty years of experience and a constant pursuit of excellence.

This is how we see the table.
In a market crowded with similar objects, function alone is no longer enough to justify a choice. Material, form, quality and craftsmanship matter too as does the way each piece becomes part of everyday life.
Because a table is never just a table.
It is where people come together, share moments and express their way of living. Choosing how to set the table therefore becomes an expression of identity.
You can choose any utensil for your table, but always remember:
One serves a function.
The other finds a place in your story.
