Grown organically, it expresses a spicy and fresh profile, with notes of berries, black cherry, marzipan, and dried flowers that develop naturally in the glass. On the palate, it is fruity, full-bodied, and persistent, supported by fine tannins and an elegant yet concrete flavor profile. The 0.75 L format makes it suitable for cured meats, roasts, stews, ragùs, and aged cheeses. Serve at 16-18°C.
