Il Santa Lucia Pinot Nero DOC 2024 di Albino Armani nasce nei vigneti della Vallagarina, territorio dove il clima di montagna e i suoli calcarei favoriscono un'espressione elegante del Pinot Nero. Le uve, selezionate tra i migliori cloni francesi e italiani, vengono raccolte manualmente e vinificate con una delicata macerazione sulle bucce, accompagnata da rimontaggi e délestage studiati per preservare finezza aromatica e struttura. L'affinamento in acciaio e grandi botti di legno completano un vino equilibrato e raffinato. Alla vista si presenta rosso granato tenue, mentre il bouquet offre sentori di fragola, ciliegia nera, mirtillo e leggere sfumature di tartufo e liquirizia. Al palato è armonioso, fresco e persistente, ideale con carni bianche, pollame, funghi, arrosti delicati e formaggi di media stagionatura.
